These terms govern your use of the LINC marketplace. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.
LINC connects service businesses with inbound phone calls from consumers searching for those services. Calls are delivered live to the phone number configured on your campaign.
A call is billable when it meets the campaign's category, service area and minimum duration criteria. Wrong numbers, robocalls, duplicates within the stated window and calls shorter than the minimum duration are not billable.
You may dispute any call from the Calls page. Disputes must be raised within 7 days of the call. Approved disputes are credited to your wallet.
Calls are charged against your prepaid wallet at the price per call shown on the campaign. If auto-recharge is enabled, we top the wallet up with the amount you configured when the balance falls below your threshold.
Invoices are generated per billing period and reflect billable calls net of approved credits. Balances are non-transferable.
Maintain accurate business and licensing information, answer delivered calls during the hours your campaign is active, and comply with all laws applicable to your trade, including consumer-protection and telemarketing rules.
Do not resell, reroute or share delivered calls with third parties without written permission.
We may suspend an account for non-payment, fraudulent disputes, failed identity verification or unlawful conduct. You may cancel at any time; there are no long-term contracts and remaining wallet funds are handled per the refund terms in your agreement.
LINC does not guarantee any specific volume of calls or conversion rate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app before they take effect.
