LINC operates a pay-per-call lead marketplace. This policy explains what information we collect from service providers and callers, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Account data you provide: name, business name, email address, phone number, business address and, where required for verification, a government-issued ID.
Call data generated through the platform: caller phone number, call time, duration, routing destination, recordings and transcripts where recording is enabled and disclosed.
Billing data: wallet balances, transactions, invoices and the last four digits and brand of a payment card. Full card numbers are handled by our payment processor and never stored by LINC.
To route inbound calls to the correct provider, bill for billable calls, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, provide support and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share caller data with anyone other than the provider who purchased the call and our processors.
Where recording is enabled, callers are notified before the conversation begins. Recordings are retained only as long as needed for quality assurance and dispute resolution.
Data is stored on encrypted infrastructure with access limited to authorised staff. Administrative actions on accounts are written to an internal audit log.
Account records are retained while your account is active and for the period required by tax and accounting law thereafter.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may object to certain processing. Contact us and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
Questions about this policy can be sent through the contact page or to your account manager.
